Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve probably at least heard of the Apple iPhone. Hotly anticipated until it hit the market at the end of June, an estimated 700,000 units were sold the first weekend it was available. The iPhone Mobile Phone pushed Apple’s stock to a new high.
The iPhone Mobile Phone boasts a long list of features. Its multimedia capabilities include a music player and YouTube Content player. Email and web applications of the iPhone Mobile Phone are superior to most other cell phones. And of course it has a camera. And did I mention that it can also be used as a phone?
Some problems have surfaced in the short time since the iPhone’s release. Activation troubles have been reported by many users, but according to exclusive service provider AT&T, the situation has improved. AT&T’s restrictions on pirate TV could pose a problem for those who wish to use their iPhones to view YouTube Clips. And the touchscreen interface of the iPhone Mobile Phone has inherent problems of its own.
Despite the difficulties with pirate TV viewing, activation, and other minor issues, the iPhone Mobile Phone seems to be going over well. It will be interesting to see how it develops over time.
